Anion's methodology is a proven process
that governs and directs all the diverse skills and

to final solutions delivery. Our methodology consists
of five distinct, clearly delineated stages - Discovery,
Definition, Design, Development, and Deployment- that
provide our clients with clear expectations of both
the engagement process and the solutions to be provided.
Anion adopts strict ISO and SEI-CMM quality assurance
standards. The methodology and quality standards are
constantly revised to assimilate new tools and best
practices.

Discover: |

Anion collects information relevant
to the project objective and carries out market research,
industry analysis, competitive analysis in order to
learn the clients' business and goals by talking to
them at length. This stage is up to the end of job opening
and well structured as a contract review procedure.

Define: |

Based on the research, the past experience,
and the shared knowledge of the Anion Professionals,
Anion develops strategy to define and implement the
project management. This stage is requirement analysis
stage (SRS) in the software life cycle process.

Design: |

This is where specifications of the
business strategy are defined. A prototype complete
with sample screens, design document which consists
of ERDs, DFDs and schema of the databases and relations,
are presented to the clients for review. Anion focuses
on end-user success and gathers feedback from the end-user
community to ensure optimization of workflow and productivity.

Develop: |

The develop phase focuses on building
the elements required to implement the business strategy.
This stage includes documentation, creative production,
technical development and quality assurance of the products
/projects.

This stage includes deploying the
software, acceptance testing by the client, and project
closure process.
