website featuring homes in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The website contains homes listed by The Millennium

and New Homes. Most of the properties available on the
website offer various amenities like virtual tours,
floor plans, and make an offer.

Challenge: |

The Millennium Company wanted to
develop a website that offers wide range of listing
of all the homes and other properties available for
sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently in the website
there are only The Millennium's listings and some other
listings from FSBO's, Foreclosures and New Homes. Most
of the other listings are available at www.swmls.com
website. The Board rules prohibit The Millennium from
directly downloading all these properties into the present
millenniumhomenetwork.com website. The Millennium Home
Network wanted to create a program, which should accomplish
the following functionalities |

to download all the properties available with
swmls.com website automatically. |

be updated once in a day by downloading the properties. |

content should match the existing Millennium's
data structure and give the result in the same

their services and wants a new and appealing look

Parsing has done in all four categories viz.,
Residential Properties, Lots, Rentals and Commercial
Properties. |

will be parsed differently and migrated into the
respective category in the new database. |

Engine that facilitates users to search using

properties to be viewed with photographs, without
