The candidate is responsible for designing technical
architecture and managing version-wise release
of several software products for the US market. |

Responsible for providing technical guidance and
mentoring to the team. |

The candidate must be strong in Object Oriented
Modeling, Analysis and Design with experience
in using formal design techniques and tools including
UML and Rational Rose. |

Should have prior experience in system design
and detail design of Microsoft applications. Should
be able to define architecture for new products
and improve the architecture of the on going products. |
|
|
| 3. |
Should have experience in component design and
development. |
|
|
| 4. |
Should
be able to resolve complex technical issues and
foresee potential technical problems, performance
and scalability issues, changes in requirements,
etc. and take care of them at early stages of
the SDLC. |
|
|
| 5. |
Should have worked on diverse applications - Client-Server
and Web-based. |
|
|
| 6. |
Should have database design skills. |
|
|
| 7. |
Familiar with all aspects of a Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC). |
|
|
| 8. |
Knowledge of US Health care domain would be an
added advantage. |
|
|
| 9. |
Good Oral, Written Communication and Presentation
Skills. |
